Delivery

We charge the following shipping costs (all prices are in Euro (EUR) excl. VAT):

No charges for Electronic Software Delivery (ESD), such as shareware-registrations. If you choose electronic delivery you will in most cases get an e-mail with download instructions and a key to use product. For some products we can do this within minutes, for other products this process usually takes 1 working day.
2.50 Euro for small packages (such as one CD) in the Netherlands
5.00 Euro for small packages (such as one CD) outside the Netherlands
7.00 Euro for other packages in the Netherlands
12.00 Euro or actual costs outside the Netherlands for packages of less than 1 kilo
Actual costs for packages of more than 1 kilo
Actual costs for express shipments

If we decide to send partial shipments, you will only be charged shipment costs once.
